Merchandise Return Policy
* All returns must be called in for Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA). You must include the MRA with the merchandise you are returning. Items received without the MRA will be refused and no credit will be issued.
* Only items purchased from Maryland Poker Supply within the 15 days will be issued credit for return less the orginal shipping cost.
* It is your responsibility to check and verify items at the time of delivery. Please inspect all merchandise for soundness of condition and completeness of all items invoiced. Maryland Poker Supply reserves the right to deny credit on any and all shortages that are called in after delivery has been made and you have signed the invoice.
* Any returns to satisfy a past due balance will be credited at invoice price less a 25% handling charge.
* Defective items will be subject to the manufacturer's warranty policy and must have a complete description of the defect. * Certain manufacturers require that you deal directly with them regarding defective items. Returned items that are claimed to be damaged, which are proven to be sound, will be returned at your expense.
* Refused packages will be charged the COD fee and any or all shipping charges again and a $10.00 refusal fee.
Shipping
* There is a $2.00 handling fee added on totals under $50
* At times we may ship via a different carrier then you have selected. Sometimes we need to do this because our supplier has choosen to use a different carrier. We apologize if this may cause you any inconvenience.
* All shipping is calculated for the lower 48 states and the District of Columbia, additional charges may apply to Hawaii and Alaska. Currently, we do not ship internationally.
* Tables will be assessed a separate delivery rate, this will need to be taken into account before purchasing the item. Contact us and we can arrange the payment and shipping method.
