Warranty

Maryland Poker Supply warrants that the equipment it sells is free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Equipment is within its ratings and has not been subjected to mechanical or other abuse or modification and has failed because of such defects, will, at the option of Maryland Poker Supply, be repaired or replaced if it is returned, freight pre-paid, to Maryland Poker Supply within 14 days from the date of shipment. Equipment that fails under conditions other than described herein will be repaired at the price of parts and labor in effect at the time of repair.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Maryland Poker Supply is not liable for any consequential damages.

Maryland Poker Supply can provide maintenance off-site through one of our professionally staffed service center, or we can establish a dedicated maintenance operation that we maintain and operate right on your premises.
